Signal Butte Ranch is located
northwest of the intersection of Broadway Road and Signal Butte Road in
East Mesa. We are a beautiful residential community consisting of 442
single family homes constructed by Kaufman & Broad (now KB Homes) in the
late 1990s. We are a family oriented community with over 13 acres of
parks, including four play areas for younger children. Signal Butte
Ranch is conveniently located with nearby schools and shopping a
convenient walk or short drive away.
